On Saturday October 26th at 6pm, Join us at Leelanau Cheese Co. for an educational Cheese tasting and tour. We will take you on an after hours cheesemaking journey walking you through the Raclette making process. After a walk-through of the production facility we will make our way out to the cheese cave where you will get a first hand look (and SMELL) into the cheese cave. Once you have learned all about washing cheese and Affinage we will make our way back to the creamery to sit and enjoy a cheese tasting while we discuss sensory evaluation of cheese.
