Cheese fest june 14th 2025
On Saturday, November 8th at 2pm join us at Leelanau Cheese Co to learn the art of cheesemaking during our hands-on Feta Fundamentals class. You'll start with fresh milk and learn how to create the perfect curds, transforming them into a block of authentic, tangy Feta. We'll guide you through every step, from making curd and pressing to the crucial brining process that gives Feta its signature salty flavor.
By the end of the class, you'll have all the knowledge you need to make Feta at home, plus you'll leave with your very own handcrafted cheese to enjoy and share.
