Meet the Cheese Maker: 6:45pm (No registration required)

Gather around a bonfire outside of a cheese cellar as you chat with the people developing your favorite food and ask them your questions about anything cheese-related. From milk sources and flavor to scientific background and troubleshooting, this is a chance to learn about what goes on behind the rind. There may even be a tasty, cheesy snack. All Ages.
