3-day Artisan Cheese Course at Michigan State University

Want to take your cheese knowledge to the next level? We've got you covered! Leelanau Cheese Company owners and award winning cheese makers Josh Hall and Gary Smith are instructing a 3-day Artisan Cheese Course at Michigan State University February 29th to March 2nd. Participants will explore the art and science of cheesemaking through both classroom instruction and hands-on lab exercises!
